Our Story.

My wife Elizabeth and I spent our first half of life living in Florida. It was hot, humid, and full of mosquitoes....and we wanted out! LoL. So, we started travelling in a small R.V. around the U.S. to see where we wanted to move our life to. As we were in the Northern Virginia area, Hurricane Helene came through Tennessee and Southern Virginia. We decided we were going to go down there and volunteer to help. To make a long story short... we absolutely fell in love with the people here and the mountains and we decided to stay. And the rest... is history.
